This should shock everyone in financial regulation.

Stephen Middleton @stevemiddi1 says he contacted @TheFCA while supporting vulnerable and suicide risk victims of bank fraud, many of them SMEs.

He says he copied the FCA board and included, with the widow’s consent, a suicide
