Perjury

An individual has been fined by a professional body for giving misleading information to an Employment Tribunal in a whistle-blowing case. Deliberately misleading a court is of course Perjury and its time the Tribunal system took action on this issue which affects so many Whistle-blowing cases. Currently you can lie with impunity in an Employment Tribunal.
