.....I looked at other homes owned by this company and my reports will be posted soon.....

.....The report states there has been a serious resident on resident assault which was not recorded by the home..it is clear that there are not enough staff but inspectors think they should spend more time writting up and reading care plans......

.....The CQC have not inspected this home for over two years..since the new company took over the following cocerns were raised, 3 sexual assaults, 2 by other residents and one by a staff member..13 reports of physical abuse. 3 reports of institutional abuse. 13 reports of neglect. 6 reports of psychological abuse. 1 report of financial abuse.....

.....The information obtained via freedom of Information shows what was known about the home but was not made public..not a single inspection of the home took place during this period.....

......The home was dark and dingy in many areas and the flooring uneven..upstairs one male resident was in bed, the nurse said he was very poorly and yet there were no staff upstairs.....

.....one of the doors was smeared with dried feaces..we passed a member of staff pushing a tea trolly with used cups on it, many of the cups were still half full..the activities organizer was doing her best but it was clear she needed staff to help her involve residents in such a large room....

......The most recent inspection report available is dated October 2008. The CQC registered this home based on the homes self assessment. This is the fourth year since this home was inspected.....
